This critter serves several purposes. First, as my cats will point out if you sit on the box you own it (cat rules). Second, when the box is empty, and if you are big enough you can be stuck in it.
This tasty meal in a pop-top can, reminiscent of C rations takes some strength and skill to open so you will not hear the sound of lids pealing back in the middle of the night and cats slurping the juice.
Some cats rub on the hand that opens the can. Others wait until you are out of sight before you hear them devouring the tasty can innards. Bottom line is this product is part of a balanced diet and has yet to encounter any detractors.

I have 2 cats that are really picky when it come to their daily mealS (emphasis added). If they didn't have fur, I would suspect that they were pigs with pretty voices. Anyway, the cats are getting older and pickier about their cat food. I bought a combination package that had two other flavors, but after eating the salmon flavor, I think they had a meeting and agreed that this was the flavor they would accept from now till the foreseeable future and no substitutions. Unfortunately, I had purchased 2 of the combination packs, and so I was stuck with the 2 other flavors (another 16 cans) that the cats wouldn't even look at. We had a opossum that would visit occasionally, for a drop in meal, but I think the cats told him to hold out for the salmon flavor as well, so we are stuck with it. The lady across the street says that she could take the offending cans to the animal shelter where she volunteers (she is a real angel) so she will try to get those cats to eat it. I will post an update if anyone cares. The cat with the long fur is clawing at my leg now, so I guess I had better close and see what I can do to make his life better. Maybe he needs his pillow fluffed. Thank you for reading this far.

This is a quality basic moist cat food. I only ordered from Amazon because cannot find this flavor withing 100 m. of me and like to give the critters a bit of variety. Case arrived in good condition. More expensive by 20-30% than can purchase Friskies 5.5 oz cans locally even with no sales tax and free Amazon Prime shipping, but selection locally is so limited.
If you can get locally, check price and you can probably save $3-$4 per case.
