I'm an animal lover, always have been. I have a boy and girl cat who are over 10 years old, and recently took in an abandoned kitten who then had kittens. In my home I now have 3 intact males, an intact female, a spayed female and a neutered male... and a dog. At six months old, all of the boy kittens decided to start spraying in one day -- all over my $2500 couch micro suede couch. My much older boy cat decided to get in on the action as well, eventhough he never did that when he was still intact. Nature's Miracle not only got the spray smell out, but kept them from spraying again in that same spot. I didn't think it would work, but kept finding it all over when I would google and other people had suggested it. I'm stubborn, so I had to do my own research and bought a few different products. This works better than it has any reason to; thank you enzymes! Use a UV light, it's actually gone. Fun family games: everyone gets a UV flashlight and looks for anything that glows, a parent sprays it down, everyone wins :P
...Now if only the local ASPCA would return my calls so I could get them in and get them fixed ;)

I saw that most other reviewers had only tried this product on newly sprayed spots and several people have wondered how it would work on older spots. Well, let me be the one to tell you HOW miraculous natures miracle really is. A couple of years ago, our 1 year old cat decided that he was going to use my daughter's closet as a litter box. I could smell a bad smell in her room but couldn't figure out where in the world it was coming from! One day, in horror, I discovered that the cat had been peeing...and even pooing a few times...in her closet for weeks if not months. I thought there was absolutely no way we were going to be able to do anything other than replace the carpet in her closet. Imagine the amount of pee that had soaked down to the floor boards! I dumped...I mean SOAKED...the carpet in her closet with natures miracle. I sucked up the excess with our carpet cleaner and left the wet carpet to dry which, as the label states, took a couple of weeks to dry completely. I'm telling you...I rammed my entire face into every square inch of that carpet once it was dry and absolutely NO urine smell remained. Most importantly, the cat never pee'd in there again, and he's gone into her closet plenty of times, so he obviouslly can't smell it anymore either. You will not be disappointed in this product.

My cats had been having a peeing party in the basement and I didn't know it, so there were lots of old, dried urine stains everywhere. This product got out *most* of the stains and eliminated the odor. Other products did not touch the stains, and this still worked despite the warning on the label to use Nature's Miracle first. There are a couple stains that are literally orange; this product did not completely eliminate the stain, but the odor is gone and the stain is significantly lightened. If this product is used right away or on stains that are normal yellow color and not too orange or amber, it is perfect. If you have alot of stains, large stains, or arthritic hands, do yourself a favor and go to Home Depot and buy a cheap hand held pump sprayer.
